Giving birth to my daughter naturally and breastfeeding her gave my life direction. Just two weeks before she arrived I graduated from college with a business degree and had no idea what I wanted to do with it. I had spent two years in college studying education and felt passionate about living naturally but still felt lost.
When Nuna arrived, everything changed. I learned so much from her and so much about myself in those early days. I knew that I had to do everything I could to help other women have this experience that our bodies were made for. I began to study and research, and soon Deeply Rooted Birth & Lactation Education became a reality. I am honored to have the opportunity to help women & their babies connect with their deeply rooted instincts.
