What lactation consulting services do you offer?

We offer personalized consultations to assist with breastfeeding techniques, evaluate latch issues, and help to resolve common challenges for mothers and their babies. We also offer prenatal education.

What is a prenatal breastfeeding education session?

During this one-on-one meeting, we would discuss any concerns you have about breastfeeding and discuss some ways to help you prepare to be successful and handle common challanges faced by new mothers and their babies. We would also discuss benefits of breastfeeding, positioning, and more. 

What is the Bradley Method?

The Bradley Method is a natural childbirth approach focusing on education, relaxation, and partner support to achieve a healthy birth experience.

Where are your classes held?

Our classes are currently held in a virtual setting, over Zoom. I am based in Florida but am happy to take on expectant parents from anywhere! 

How long are the Bradley Method courses?

The Bradley Method courses typically last 12 weeks, covering comprehensive and detailed childbirth preparation for expectant parents.

Does insurance cover The Bradley Method?

Yes, some insurance plans will cover our class. This varies by company and plans, and we can provide the necessary codes upon request. 

Do you offer private class series?

Yes, we do offer private series available upon request. 

What if I am due in less than 12 weeks?

We can offer a private, "crash course" in unique cases where parents do not have time to complete the full series.
